SC-MC-BI Square Ingot Internal Crack Testing Equipment is dedicated to the targeted removal of internal cracks and stress points, preventing batch fragmentation of ingots. It is also capable of analyzing the distribution patterns of internal cracks and stress points, and optimizing the silicon ingot conveying process to reduce the fragmentation rate.
