UAV-based Electroluminescence (EL) Testing System
VISION POTENTIAL PV UAV-based EL Inspection Instrument (Model: SC-EL-Drone) is dedicated to the EL internal defect quality inspection of PV array modules in solar power plants. This system can complete PV power plant quality inspection efficiently and rapidly, and supports switching between photo mode and video mode for third-party operation and maintenance (O&M) quality inspection. Equipped with full auto-focus and multi-mode inspection switching functions, it is the optimal choice for power plant inspection and O&M testing.
The SC-EL-Drone is integrated with the DJI Matrice 400 UAV, boasting a single-flight endurance of up to 55 minutes, which provides a stable, reliable and high-performance flight platform for UAV applications in the third-party sector. It can finish EL microcrack inspection of MW-scale PV power plants within 3 hours, enabling technicians to eliminate tedious, repetitive and low-value tasks and greatly improving work efficiency. By leveraging UAV technology, it realizes the automation process of power-related operations, effectively reducing O&M costs. Meanwhile, it can replace manual labor for operations in high-altitude and high-risk environments, making EL inspection safer.
